Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using "Who Moved My Phone" (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Operator Identity and Notices

These Terms are issued by GLOBALHASHTAG Corp. ("Operator", "we", "us"). For legal notices, contactsupport@whomovedmyphone.com.

3. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must use the App only for lawful purposes and on devices/accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any laws about monitoring, consent, and privacy.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App on supported Android devices for personal use only.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not use the App to perform unauthorized surveillance, stalking, harassment, or privacy violations.
  • Do not interfere with, reverse engineer, tamper with, or disable security controls.
  • Do not abuse APIs, overlays, or system hooks in a way that violates platform policy.

6. Permissions and Feature Availability

Several App features rely on sensitive permissions such as camera, usage access, overlay, notifications, and related system capabilities. If permissions are denied or revoked, those features may not work.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Premium features require an active subscription through Google Play. Billing, renewals, free-trials, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's policies.

8. App Availability and Service Changes

We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time to improve stability, security, or compliance. We may also enforce platform-driven restrictions if Android policies require it.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party providers for billing and diagnostics (including Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Installations). Use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

We do not sell personal information and do not provide user data to advertisers or data brokers. Third-party providers process limited operational data only to deliver billing and reliability features.

10. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We cannot guarantee that any anti-theft method will prevent all incidents.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, or business resulting from App use or inability to use the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App operator from claims and damages arising from misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal, or platform-compliance reasons.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Operator is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise.

15. Dispute Resolution and Venue

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by sending written notice to support@whomovedmyphone.com and allowing 30 days for response.

If unresolved, disputes will be brought in courts with competent jurisdiction at the Operator's principal place of business, except where applicable law grants you a different mandatory forum.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
